This information is gathered mostly in aggregate form, without identifying you or any user individually, however in some cases we use tools like cookies, web beacons, analytics services, and advertising providers to gather data about you or your computer location. We may use this statistical data for statistical analysis, marketing, advertising, or similar promotional purposes. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. For some web pages that require an authorization, cookies are not optional. Users choosing not to accept cookies will probably not be able to access those pages.
We may also use Facebook “pixels” on our pages so that we can understand your digital behaviour and potentially later target you with related advertising. We also use Google Analytics to understand how long you might spend on our Sites or how you interact with our Sites.
If you ever choose to opt-out of targeted advertising with us, then please contact us at email@example.com so that we can remove your email from any advertising we may use.
As always, you can unsubscribe from any of our emails at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you received from us.

Any other information stored happens via cookies or pixels as described above, and as facilitated via third-party tools (like Facebook, Google or Kajabi). Below is an example of how we may use any information to offer improved and more relevant communications with you:

Selling Your Business Disclaimer
Selling a business is hard work and there is always a chance that your business will not succeed in selling, or may sell at a price that is less than you expected. We do not offer advice that would mislead customers into thinking otherwise. We promote the virtues of doing your homework in advance, the requirement of hard work, adding value, building a genuine and effective strategy for maximising the outcome in the sale of your business and then executing on that strategy. We believe in adding value where we can, such as through the role as your M&A advisor, and serving others with excellence and consistency. Our programs are intended to help you achieve your maximum result on the sale of your business so that the next chapter in your personal life experiences the rewards of all of your hard work leading up to the sale of your business. Our programs require a great deal of work and discipline from you and just like any worthwhile endeavour or professional continuing education program, what you get out of it is proportional to what you invest into the process. Please don’t enroll in our programs, or use our sites, if it is your view that we are providing you with a “quick and easy route to exit” or similar; we seek to work only with serious people dedicated to meaningful professional development as it relates to selling your business – and who value the notion that by maximising their exit results, they can add value to their family, shareholders, company, customers and to the greater community at large. As stipulated by law, we cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to experience the intended exit results or experience any level of success with our ideas, information, tools or strategies. We don’t know you and/or your business. Additionally, your results related to the sale of your business are driven by a multitude of factors that we cannot legislate for, including whether you are prepared to invest the time, effort and resource into maximising your exit. We trust that you will see – and agree with – our point here. Our view is to be helpful to you and to add value as it relates to the sale of your business, by providing meaningful and value-added content, direction, strategies and real-world examples of entrepreneurs that have travelled this path before you and which we have been fortunate enough to observe first hand. It is important to note that all of our products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of any individual personal exit results or future earnings, and unless otherwise explicitly stated, we do not offer any legal or tax advice through Towerfinance.co.uk or any related Sites. Any financial figures or metrics referenced here, or on any of our sites, are illustrative of concepts or previously transactions only and should not be considered pertinent to your specific situation and/or in ascribing a value to your business, or what you will receive as a purchase price for your business, or promises for actual or future transaction values related to the sale of your business. Making decisions based on any information presented in our products, videos, events, services, or web site, should be done with the explicit knowledge that you could experience risk, suboptimal results, losses or failed attempts to sell your business, just as in any endeavour to sell a business. Use caution and always consult your professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a potential sale of your business. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
