Tower is a boutique M&A advisor. We have limited capacity and therefore only take on a limited number of clients each year, so we’re picky with whom we do business. In terms of enterprise value, our client’s businesses range from €25 million to €500+ million.
Our founder, Mark, is a lifelong serial-entrepreneur whose indisputable passion is developing, implementing and executing exit strategies for entrepreneurs. Oxford-educated (MBA), Mark’s entrepreneurial background is unique amongst other investment bankers and M&A advisors. This blend of experience is uncommon in M&A, meaning he and his team are qualified to provide real-world advice that imparts a meaningful difference to entrepreneurs on their own journeys to selling their businesses. In his career to date, Mark has advised hundreds of companies worldwide, equating to billions of dollars, and has delivered impressive results where other advisors have fallen short.
Mark and his team have advised everyone from early-stage hyper-growth tech companies to multi-national consumer branded businesses. From 2006 onwards, they have helped a diverse range of clients achieve the ultimate goal, the successful sale of their business. When not advising on exit strategies, selling businesses, or other entrepreneurial matters, you might find him speaking on the international circuit. At present he is working on the sequel to his international award-winning book, The Intelligent Exit: The Business Owner’s Guide to A Winning Strategy When Selling Your Business.
